Submission Guidelines

Initial submissions do not have to follow the journal’s publication guidelines. However, if the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to resubmit their manuscripts based on the Journal’s publication guidelines.

Accepted papers will not be published until the manuscripts fulfill the publication guidelines. Articles must be submitted in English. Authors should use proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure. All submitted manuscripts are checked and screened for any possible duplication or plagiarism via iThenticate.

For submission, please refer to our online submission page.

Before submitting your paper, please make sure that the following guidelines are implemented in your manuscript.

1. Page Layout

Use A4-sized pages (21 x 29 cm) with top, bottom, left, and right margins of 3 cm. Use single space and 10 pt size Arial throughout the paper. Header and footer length must be 1.27 cm. Gutter size must be 0.

2. Title Page

Title: Title should be written in all caps using 14pt Arial, Bold, and centered.

Author Details: Author names should be 12pt Arial and centered. Affiliation details such as University, Country and Email must be 10pt Arial and centered. In addition, ORCID ID must be added for each author.

Abstract: Use single space, justified and 10pt Arial throughout the Abstract. It should contain maximum 300 words. The abstract should cover motivation, data, methodology and main findings.

Keywords: 10pt Arial, no more than 6 keywords, use a comma as a separator, capitalize each word.

3. Main Text

Full Paper must be written in English with 10pt Arial and justified.

Main headings and secondary headings should be written left aligned, in 10pt Arial, and bold. There should be 10pt space before and after the main headings. All the headings and sub-headings must be numbered consecutively.

In addition, all figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and captioned. Their titles should be 10pt Arial and placed under each of them. All figures and tables must be cited in the text and 10pt space should be given before and after them. After each one, source should be provided (if available). Both figures and tables should be prepared in Microsoft Office Word or Excel.

Equations must be written with Microsoft Office Word Equation.  For decimals, please use “dot” and for thousands, please use the “comma” separator (i.e. $1,000.00 for one thousand).

A displayed equation should be numbered, using Arabic numbers in parentheses.

4. Citations and References

References should be cited in the text and all citations must be listed in the references. There shouldn’t be any mismatch between citations and references. The journal follows the Harvard referencing system (Please take a look at the following link for more details http://libweb.anglia.ac.uk/referencing/harvard.htm).

Citations in the text must appear as surname(s) and date and complete references must be listed alphabetically at the end of the paper.

When a cited work has three or more authors in the text, the form (main author year) is used (Don’t forget to italicize et al.).

Online citations include the date of access. Ampersand (&) is not used, unless it is a widely used expression (e.g., R&D), or included in a company name (e.g., Standard & Poor’s).

When reference is made to more than one work by the same author(s) published in the same year, each citation is identified in the text in the form (Schendel, 2005a, 2005b). These references must be alphabetized by article title.

Examples of correct references style include:

Books with multiple authors: Adams, R. J., Weiss, T .D., and Coatie, J. J., 2010. The World Health Organization, its history and impact. London: Perseus.

Article Processing Charge

Eurasian Publications have open access policy. This approach provides opportunities for the paper to make the biggest impact on the academy in terms of visibility. Also, we try to enable high-quality papers from low-income countries to be published in the international journals. Authors are not required to make any payment during the submission process. During the review process, the authors receive feedback from peer reviewers even if they publish it elsewhere. Our reviewers and editors are independent when making acceptance or rejection decision of the articles and examine the manuscripts’ academic quality and their contribution to the existing literature.

If the paper is accepted for publication and the authors decide to proceed with the publication in our journal, publication costs occur due to the fact that when a manuscript is submitted, it is processed through the various steps such as:

  1. performing the initial technical and similarity checks,
  2. coordinating the review process with the journal’s Editorial Board and external reviewers,
  3. making sure that the manuscript and its review process meet the journal’s policies and specific guidelines,
  4. converting the manuscript into a paper with publication-ready format of the journal,
  5. handling the proofing process,
  6. handling the index and archiving services for the particular journal,
  7. answering any questions throughout the process,
  8. collaborating with our marketing, communications, and technical personnel so that the article receives the appropriate attention.

Open access policy requires that these costs should be covered by those individuals and institutions that benefit most directly from a paper’s publication. Part of the article processing charge is reinvested into the technical systems supporting these services to meet the expectations of authors, reviewers, readers and other stakeholders.

The payment can be made with credit card via secure online payment system. After the payment, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your payment. Once the payment is made, we will process it ASAP and our representative will contact you to prepare the invoice.

Article processing charge in Eurasian Publications journals is EURO 200. There is no submission fee but the accepted papers are required to pay the publishing fee. Authors do not need to pay the article processing charge until their manuscripts are accepted.
