Abstract
The basis of today’s civilization is that in the education system that requires each individual through knowledge and skills, he would actively participate in the general and economic development. The importance- based society is a modern society, in addition to the value of the total production, it is on the basis of knowledge and innovation, which can be said that the application of knowledge and innovations has a dominant role in the creation of the common wealth. The higher level of education of the population is a precondition for economic growth in the context of sustainable development. Educational programs should enable future generations to gain knowledge, skills and competencies in accordance with the needs of labor market and the new challenges in the global scientific and technological development. Good knowledge is based on the new economic order and the chance to create a new idea. The education system should be set to create individuals who have the knowledge, are able to use it in their work and create more value. Data shows that educational structure of the labor force in the Republic of North Macedonia is unsuitable for needs of the business.The paper will first look at the structural tendency in the educational of labor force, and second, incomes, employment and unemployment rate according to the educational structure.

Effects of Technological Convergence and Brand Extended Strategies on Product Value: Case on the Added Functionalities of Online Games

Abstract
Through three quasi-experimental studies with extensive data pertaining to online games, this article explores the effect of an added functionality brand strategy on evaluations of a new product. Customer evaluations improve when the advanced functionality of a new product results from the contribution of a successful, solo-branded product rather than a failed or unbranded one. Successful solo-branded and unbranded functionalities also contribute to the value of converged new products. Evaluations are more favorable when the advanced functionality reflects a cobranding strategy for a converged version of the new product; the opposite effect holds for solo branding and dedicated versions. These results contribute to research into network effects, new products, and brand strategies, as well as offering recommendations for practice.

Green Book and Islamic Socialism

Abstract
During the two polar world system in cold war period, Muslim countries under Non-Alignment Movement had different ideological agendas. Socialist interpretations of Islam became very popular with Arab nationalism. One of the interpretations is Universal Third World Theorem of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. The Green book of Gaddafi was showing a revolt and stance of his ideas against imperialism. As an Arab nation, there are strong emphasis on socialistic iterations in Green Book where Islamic socialistic discourse applied in some parts. In this paper, we first provide historical information about Libya and theoretical background of Islamic socialism explained by providing brief literature review. The final chapter of article devoted on to proper information about Green Book by analyzing its solutions to problems in developing world.

Economic Relations between Pakistan and Turkey in a Globalized World

Abstract
The phenomenon of globalized world deals with the intensification of integration among states due to interdependence. It requires non-discriminatory trade relations through liberalization and democratization to strengthen global village. Furthermore, the market forces demand the state actors to extend cooperation for fostering economic ties while creating regional harmony. Mutual trade among states bolsters multilateralism and trans-nationalization. These economic patterns reinvigorate globalization. This article illustrates the fundamental pillars of economic globalization based on comparative advantage and relative gains. Multilateral trade under institutional and Gramscian paradigms acknowledges smooth diplomatic ties among state entities. This research provides theoretical parameters regarding the transformation of old trade patterns into new ones. It is perceived that global trade is reinvigorated by shared values of collectivism and universalism. Along with the conceptual framework of globalization, this article explicates the operational dynamics of new spirit of trade relations between Pakistan and Turkey. It contains quantitative methods of descriptive and historical analysis, expert interviews and secondary sources. This research envisions the possible outcomes of regional economic hubs procuring conducive environment for earnest economic integration.
